Our events are open to individuals of all skill levels, ages 18 and older, unless otherwise stated. Minors may attend events with a parent or legal guardian present.
By using our website or attending our events, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Participation in our dance events is voluntary and at your own risk. Dancing involves physical activity, and you are responsible for assessing your own fitness and ability to participate safely.
WMLD is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during events.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. By attending our events, you agree to treat all attendees, instructors, and staff with respect; ask for consent before dancing with someone; refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation; and follow venue rules and staff instructions.
Violations of this code may result in removal from the event and a ban from future events.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to distribute harmful content, attempt to disrupt the site's functionality, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with WMLD.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of West Michigan Latin Dance and may not be reproduced without written permission.
By attending WMLD events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during events and used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff at the event.
Merchandise purchases through our online store are processed and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party fulfillment service. By placing an order, you agree to Printful's terms of service regarding payment, shipping, and returns.
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
WMLD connects you with independent instructors, DJs, and photographers. When you book a service through our website, we facilitate the connection but are not a party to the agreement between you and the service provider. Pricing, availability, and terms are determined by the individual provider. WMLD is not liable for the performance, quality, or outcome of services provided by independent contractors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Michigan Latin Dance, its organizers, instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, attendance at our events, purchase of merchandise, or use of services booked through our platform.
