How to remove your WMLD app account and personal data.

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the WMLD Latin Dance app, published by West Michigan Latin Dance. You can delete your account yourself inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.
1. Open the WMLD Latin Dance app and sign in.
2. Tap the You tab (bottom right).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm by tapping YES, DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
Your account and personal data are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
If you have already removed the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:
Send an email to info@westmichiganlatindance.com.
Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
Send it from the email address you used to sign in, so we can verify it is you.
We honor email deletion requests within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
Your profile: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and birthday.
Your check-in history and event RSVPs.
Your song requests and shout-outs.
Your rewards and tier progress.
Your lesson bookings and in-app messages.
Device tokens used to send you push notifications.
We keep only what the law requires:
Payment and ticket records. If you bought a ticket or sent a tip, a limited transaction record (amount, date, and event) may be retained for accounting and tax purposes for as long as applicable law requires (typically up to 7 years). Your payment card details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and are never stored by WMLD.
Any other data not covered above is deleted within 30 days.
